Hello!!!

 

We are Billy and Terri (Crow) Myers and are pleased that you are taking the time to view our site. We hope to meet you in person someday! We are originally from Louisiana but have made Chattanooga our home and we love it...

 

It has been our dream since selling our previous cafe, to someday own another in Chattanooga and are so very proud that we now have the opportunity...

 

We opened Cherry Street Diner on July 1st, 2013 and hope to be here for many years serving the downtown area as well as tourist and visitors from other area's.

 

If you visit the Cherry Street Diner you will see that we've tried to stick to the 'ole diner appeal as much as possible. Our building happens to be the original Krystal burger building in Chattanooga and still has many of it's features. The front line has all the stainless steel they installed when they built the first of many in 1932. We still have the bar stools down the front counter along with many booths and tables that were added in a bigger dining area years later...

 

We've also kept the concept that the diner has had for many years since the Krystal moved out and sold the building to it's new owner and it became a "diner"...

 

We are open Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. and that's only because it's what the paticular area of Chattanooga has to offer..If it were up to us we'd be open 7 days a week from daylight until after dark. Don't get us wrong, we love having weekends off and being home before the Chattanooga traffic gets hectic...lol

 

We have a full breakfast menu, such as Omelet's, eggs anyway you like them with choice of breakfast meats and etc. We also serve a meat and 3 everyday from 10:30 until 2...We have burgers, and many different sandwiches on the menu along with Louisiana style Po'boys and a full healthier eating menu as well.
